Enticing amber color with aroma of sweet pumpkin pie, savory spices, and hints of sweet malt. Rich and creamy with a chewy mouthfeel that you can sink your teeth into. Flavors of pumpkin up front then sweet malt, pie crust, spice, hints of brown sugar, and a clean finish.
High-quality spices are added during our brewing process either in our state of the art spice dosers, for a bold impact, or in the whirlpool at cooler temperatures for more delicate flavors and aromas. Our spice dosers work like steeping vessels — they help us control the time the wort is in contact with the spices. This enables us to develop balanced spice flavors and aromas, and maintain a quality beer character for every batch.
